Tandlo takes about ten minutes to set up, then works quietly next to the tools your family already uses.
Set up your family
Add children, adults and carers, in one household or two. Each child gets a colour and each adult gets their own access and permissions. Tandlo makes no assumption about who does the organising.
Follow schools & calendars
Pick each child's school and their year or class. Subscribe to the calendar feeds you already rely on. Tandlo shows exactly what it found, when it last checked, and what it could not reach.
Get on with your day
Open Today when you want it: the changed pickup at the top, the day's plans beneath, and the Year 3 cake sale that is not your year filed quietly. We will count it a success if you check less, not more.
When something changes
Four answers, in order. Every time.
- 1.What changed? Old and new, side by side.
- 2.Who does it affect? Which child, date and place.
- 3.Who needs to do something? One adult accepts, and everyone can see it is settled.
- 4.Where did this come from? The original message and how recent it is, one tap away.
When sources disagree (the website says 3:30, an email says 3:10) Tandlo shows both and asks you to review, rather than quietly picking one.

Making plans
From a thought to a plan in one short chat.
