Family plans & school updates

A day you can get on with.

A note from school. A party invite in the group chat. A pickup that changed at lunchtime. Tandlo turns them into plans you can act on, next to the calendar you already use.

Early access · piloting with UK families first

Less checking, chasing and remembering.

Four promises we are building Tandlo around.

Relevant to your family

Several children at several schools, each in the right year and class, plus the clubs they actually go to. If something is ambiguous, Tandlo shows it to you rather than guessing.

Clear when plans change

Before and after, which child, what date and who needs to do something, with the original message one tap away. You will not be decoding a paragraph at the school gate.

Fits your day

Keep your usual calendar. Tandlo sits next to it: subscribe to feeds, export your plans, and see when each connection last updated.

Shared on your terms

Plans start private. You decide what each adult sees, across two households if that is how your family works. A child's timetable is never visible to other families unless you share it.
Make a little plan

Say it once. Tandlo sorts the details.

Type a plan, dictate it, or paste an invitation from a group chat. Tandlo fills in what it can and asks one short question at a time for the rest. Most answers are a single tap.

Nothing is added or shared until you choose. How Tandlo uses AI

School updates

Follow your school. No school sign-up needed.

Tandlo reads what your school already publishes, such as newsletters, term dates and notices, and shows each child what applies to them. The original source and its date stay attached.

We are piloting with St John's RC Primary. Any school with public information can be followed. If yours is missing, add it with a link.

Your calendars

Keep the calendar you already use.

Tandlo does not ask your household to move everything into a new calendar. Subscribe to calendar feeds today and export your family plans (.ics) to Apple, Google, Outlook or anywhere else. Signed-in Google, Apple and Outlook connections are in development. Each one will say exactly what it reads, what it writes and when it last updated.

For every kind of family

Built for the adults who actually do the organising.

Two parents, one parent, or a whole village. Every adult gets their own access: separated households, grandparents, guardians and chosen family, with permissions set per child.

2Co-parenting across two homesBoth households see the plans that involve their child. Handovers, pickups and RSVPs are visible to the adults who need them and nobody else.
GGrandparents & carersShare Thursday's pickup without sharing everything. A carer sees the arrangement, the gate and the time, not the whole family calendar.
Someone accepts, everyone knowsActions have an owner. When Dad accepts the swimming run, it is settled and nobody has to relay the details three times.
